REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Liquid Glass.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase price less shipping & handling.

Our products can be returned within 365 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

The product was purchased from Liquid Glass in the last 365 days with our label intact.

The product is in its original packaging

You have the receipt with date or proof of purchase

If you ordered multiple bottles of the product, only the first bottle used can be open, any other bottles must be unopened and in original condition so that we may restock.

Products that do not meet these criteria will be subject to the consideration of Liquid Glass for refund.

Please contact us before you send the product by email: contact@liquidglassus.com so we can review and provide you with a refund approval code.

Shipping charges:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping, and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.
